Watch Lounge is the owner and operator of this website and the Watch Lounge brand. Throughout this document, Watch Lounge may be referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the company.”
Welcome to Watch Lounge—where customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. We believe that finding the right watch, accessory, or artistic piece should be an enjoyable and confidence-driven experience. To support this, we have carefully designed our policies to provide transparency, peace of mind, and a smooth shopping journey across our curated collections. Return Conditions & Eligibility
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return subject to the conditions outlined below:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Products must be returned in original, unused condition, including all accessories and original packaging.
- A USD 30 restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- Customs duties, taxes, and government fees are non-refundable.
- Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred by Watch Lounge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refused or Uncollected Shipments:
If a delivery is refused or not collected from the courier and is returned to us, all associated costs will be deducted from the refund. This includes original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs duties, handling costs, and any additional expenses incurred due to the failed delivery.
Watch-Specific Return Requirements
To maintain product integrity, additional conditions apply to watches:
- Protective Seals & Stickers: All watches must be returned with protective stickers, films, and wrappings fully intact. Removal or tampering will void return eligibility.
- Bracelet Adjustments: Watches with resized, adjusted, or modified bracelets are not eligible for return. Please ensure your selection is final before making alterations.
- Photo Verification: A clear photo of the case back showing intact protective wrapping must be provided as part of the return verification process.
Bespoke Watch Service
Watches customized through our bespoke service are created to individual specifications. Once production has started, these orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Full prepayment is required, and payments are non-refundable after customization begins.
Bespoke Timepieces Collection
Timepieces from our bespoke timepieces collection are made to order. Once the order is confirmed and production has commenced, returns or refunds are not permitted.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Step 4: Ship the Item
- Use the provided shipping label to return the item.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding its condition and status.
Refund & Exchange Processing
- Inspection: Returned items are carefully examined to ensure compliance with our return requirements.
- Approval Notification: You will be informed whether your return or exchange has been approved or declined.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe.
