Watch Lounge is registered in the United Arab Emirates and operates this website under the Watch Lounge brand. Throughout this document, “Watch Lounge,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the company.
“You” refers to any user, visitor, customer, or purchaser accessing or using our website or services.
International Operations
Although headquartered in Dubai, Watch Lounge serves customers globally. Our primary website caters to international customers, except those located in Europe, the UK, and the UAE, where region-specific websites may apply.
All transactions on this website are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Our shipping, return, and consumer policies are designed to align with international consumer protection standards to ensure a secure and reliable shopping experience worldwide.

Ordering, Pricing & Returns
Order Integrity
Watch Lounge maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. Any orders placed without proper authorization, under false identities, or involving suspicious activity may be reported to authorities and canceled.
Pricing & Corrections
Prices are subject to correction if listed incorrectly. Watch Lounge reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in cases of pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after order confirmation.
Right to Return
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product and packaging are in original condition. A USD 30 restocking fee applies.
Exceptions:
Products made to order, including Bespoke Timepieces and watches customized through our Bespoke Watch Service, are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact Watch Lounge for return instructions. Free returns are offered unless otherwise stated. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Dynamic Pricing & Service Changes
Prices and services may change without prior notice. Watch Lounge may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at any time without liability.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Watch Lounge is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
Delivery Acceptance
If a shipment is refused or uncollected and returned to us, all related costs—including shipping, customs duties, return fees, and handling charges—will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Products & Services
Exclusive Online Availability
Some products are available exclusively online and may have limited stock. Returns are subject to our Refund Policy.
Color Representation
We strive for accurate product visuals, but cannot guarantee color accuracy due to screen variations.
Sales Limitations
Watch Lounge reserves the right to limit sales by region, customer, or quantity, and to modify product descriptions and pricing at any time.
Warranty Policy
Original Watches
Covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Customized Watches
- Manufacturer warranty void upon customization
- Watch Lounge warranty: 2 years from purchase
- Covers customization-related defects
Accessories
- 2-year warranty from date of purchase
- Covers manufacturing defects only
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, water/fire damage, and cosmetic aging.
Discounts & Promo Codes
Promo codes must be applied at checkout. Codes cannot be added retroactively after purchase completion.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful purchase. This email serves as proof of purchase and should be retained for future reference.
Taxes & Duties
Prices exclude import duties, customs fees, and local taxes unless otherwise stated.

Customs fees are non-refundable.
Shipping & Cancellations
Shipping
Watch Lounge offers international shipping via trusted courier partners. Shipping availability depends on regional settings.
Returns
Returns must follow provided instructions and be packed in original packaging.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched and cancellation is confirmed by Watch Lounge.
Complaints & Defective Products
Products must be inspected upon delivery. Transit damage should be reported immediately to the courier and to Watch Lounge.
Watch Lounge reserves the right to:
